This unique pathway offers on-the-job training and a paid practicum and internship, making the degree far more flexible and accessible.
- Customizable Tracks: Students in this program will meet the educational requirements for a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).* Alternatively, students can choose our addiction counseling track to meet the requirements to become a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC).

Registered Apprenticeship Program
You can also take advantage of our Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP), where your job integrates with your education. You'll work in the field to receive job-based training on a flexible, paid pathway to a graduate degree. This program cuts the cost of higher education with scholarship and wage reimbursement options while directly addressing critical mental health workforce shortages.
Courses for this program may be completed during your work hours, allowing you to easily advance your education while balancing your professional and personal responsibilities. If needed, our team can help you secure an apprenticeship position that fits with your unique goals, or you may be able to apprentice at your current job.
